Mrs Moore, Mr Moore, Nan Gunning (later married Joe Lindsay who was a
teacher in the Model School), ?, Jack Moore, Betty Moore (nee Carnduff), Sam Carnduff, Mrs
Carnduff, Billy Carnduff.
The Carnduffs lived in Mill Street. Betty and Jack Moore owned the Central Cafe and
the Central Cake shop both in Conway Square and the baking was done in a bakery behind Mrs
Carnduff's house in Mill Street. Betty and Jack also owned the Regency Gift house in
